Who holds the money
Administration and financial control are vested in the governing council, comprising the chairwoman, president and secretary. The chairwoman is the chief executive of the organisation.
How decisions are made
The council meets regularly at headquarters in Thoubal and serves audit and budget for programmes, development effectiveness, governance and administrative matters, as provided in the Articles of Association.
What we are still improving
Our own profile states it plainly: results-based planning and monitoring, and the generation of lessons learned and best practice, require further improvement. We publish that rather than hide it.
